Cotton Info app for iPhone and iPad

The Cotton Info App is a collection of reference materials gear towards growers, consultants and extension workers. The app is especially designed for those who may not have good cellular connectivity, so all of the materials are stored on the tablet (note this app is optimized for use on tablets, not phones). Examples of information included are: best practices to manage herbicide resistant weeds; a guide to cotton root disorders; a reference publication for cotton irrigation management; and a guide to cotton ís growth and development. Additionally the app contains significant information relevant to cotton harvest, including maintenance of spindle picker and striper harvesters, illustrated with videos downloaded to the device. The app also includes a harvest capacity calculator. Note that on the first use of the app you will need an internet connection as there are approximately 200 MB of materials that will be downloaded. The time for download is up to 5(five) minutes depending on the connection quality.
